How do I refer a customer?
Log in to your trade account and visit the 'Refer a Customer' section, enter the customer’s email address and the customer will receive an email from us containing a link. They must click on the link in the email to create a NEW account, and ensure they are still logged into their account when placing their order. The customer will automatically receive 10% off their first order, and you will receive 5% of the order value as cashback in your account.
Does the customer need to use a voucher code to get the discount?
No, the customer will automatically see the discount during checkout. If they don’t see the discount, they need to ensure they have created a NEW account using the link in the referral email, and that they are logged in to that account when placing their order.
Is there a maximum/minimum amount that a customer has to spend to qualify for the discount?
There is no maximum or minimum spend for your customer.
Can I refer more than one customer?
Yes! You can refer as many customers as you like and add them to your customer group. But, they have to be a new customer and not ordered from BestHeating before.
How do I view my cashback balance?
You can see this in your account when you login. You will be able to see your cashback balance once the referred customer(s) completes payment on their order. The customer must be logged into their account when they place their order, so that the cashback can be linked to your trade account.
How do I claim the cashback?
Once you have reached a minimum of £50 on your balance, you simply contact referral@bestheating.com and request your cashback to be transferred to your bank account. Please include the following details: Company Name, Bank Name, Bank Account Number, Sort Code. Alternatively, please contact your account manager and they can organize for you. Please ensure the bank account details match the name of the trade account. Bank Details are not stored, so you will need to provide them each time you request cashback. Please note that cashback requests will only be processed once 30 days have passed from the date that the referred customer placed their original order.
Can I spend the cashback on the site and use as discount on my own orders?
No, the 5% cashback only applies to customer referrals and isn’t available to traders when placing orders directly on the site, as the 12.5% / 15% discount already applies to trade orders (discount % depends on 12 month spend levels).
If my referred customer uses PayPal will I still receive the cashback?
Yes, the scheme works just the same if your referring customer uses PayPal to place their order.
What do I do if I don’t see any cashback in my account?
If you don’t see your cashback and you know that your customer has placed their order, please contact your trade account manager or email referral@bestheating.com and we will look into it for you. As a reminder, please ensure your referred customer is a NEW customer and is logged into their referred account when placing their order.
Do I have to claim the cashback right away?
You can claim the cashback as often as you like, once the balance has reached £50. You can build up the cashback value over a period of 12 months from your first customer referral. The cashback will not gain interest, but if after 12 months you have not made a claim, we will donate your cashback reward to charity.
How do I sign up for a trade account?
How much discount do I get through the trade account?
All trade account holders receive a minimum of 12.5% discount on all orders. Once you spend more than £10,000 with BestHeating during a rolling 12 month period, you will automatically receive 15% off all orders and become a Diamond account holder. If the spend level drops, you will be automatically reverted to the Platinum level.
What is a rolling 12 month period?
This is the period of time covering the last 12 months from the current date, which is classed as ‘rolling’ because it changes as we move through the year. So for example, the rolling 12 month period on 1st May 2024 would be the period between 1st May 2023 up to and including 30th April 2024.
Do we get discounts on top of sale prices?
Yes the trade discount is added to products that are already discounted in promotional activity. It however does not apply in conjunction with any other offers, such as voucher codes, unless stipulated by BestHeating.
Is there an annual fee for the trade account?
No there are no fees associated with the trade accounts. In fact. the more you spend the more you save!
Do trade account holders receive any other special offers?
Yes, trade account holders have access to exclusive discounts across certain product ranges at different times of year. Please ensure you are signed up to the newsletter to receive the latest information on trade offers.
Can I use what I have earned in cashback and the 12.5%/15% discount at the same time on my orders?
No this is not possible, cashback is only available via customer referrals. You will only be able to receive the 12.5% / 15% discount off your order on the site (discount % depends on 12 month spend levels). To claim your cashback, please contact
referral@bestheating.com once your balance has reached £50 or more.
When will I receive my cashback?
Cashback requests will only be processed once 30 days have passed from the date that the referred customer placed their original order, and once your balance has reached a minimum of £50. Once the request is processed you should receive the money in your bank account within 5 working days. Any queries please contact

The BestHeating trade account Referral Offer (the “Scheme”) is open to trade account customers of BestHeating.com (“BestHeating.com” is a trading name of Limitless Digital Group) with a BestHeating trade account (the “BestHeating trade account”) and existing members of the BestHeating trade scheme and those who meet the eligibility criteria of the Scheme.
The Scheme is owned by BestHeating.com, a trading name for Limitless Digital Group, a company registered in England under company number (03955231) and with its registered office at Unit 1 & 2, Dawson Court, Billington Road, Burnley (“BestHeating”/the “Company”). These terms and conditions (the “Rules”) govern the use of the Scheme. To participate in the Scheme you must comply with these Rules which you should read carefully.
The Scheme (BestHeating trade account Referral Scheme)
Subject to all clauses below. When successfully referring a customer:
• Your customer will receive a link to create a new account with BestHeating.com, and will receive 10% off their first order. This discount is valid on all items (including those in any sale category), and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout when they place an order. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or voucher codes
• For every £1 your customer spends at BestHeating you will receive £0.05 in cashback in your account. The referred customer MUST be logged into their account in order for you to receive your cashback. Example, £500 spend is equal to £25 cashback.
• You WILL NOT receive referral cashback if your customer is not logged into their account when ordering, or does not mention your details when placing an order via telephone. BestHeating cannot be held responsible for your failure to accrue cashback if your customers orders are not placed in the appropriate way, so please be sure to have your referring customer either log in or quote your details when placing an order.
