We have it down to an art form. Beautiful heating deserves to have a pleasant journey from our home to yours. And we know how to get there quickly and safely. No stress needed. Here are your options.

There is no charge for our standard 2-7 working day delivery offering to postcodes in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Shetland and Orkney.

We offer time-of-day, day-specific and two-person delivery services where appropriate for an additional charge.

Deliveries are not usually made on bank holidays, so please allow extra time for your order to arrive at these times, especially during the Easter and Christmas periods.

Which delivery services are available?

The delivery services available at checkout will depend upon the product selected, delivery date chosen, the weight and dimensions of the product, the overall size of the order and delivery location. Not all delivery services are available to all delivery locations. Some products do have longer lead times; details of which can be found on product pages and confirmed during the checkout process.

1. Standard delivery ( 2-7 working days )

  1. There is no charge for our standard 2-7 working day delivery offering to postcodes in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Shetland and Orkney.
  2. In stock orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days unless subject to a longer lead time.
  3. Orders are usually delivered within 2-7 working days .
  4. Orders will be sent using a carrier and delivery service of our choice.
  5. Depending upon the product and order size the order may be delivered ‘to door’ as individual parcels or 'kerbside' on a pallet.

2. Pre 10:30am next working day delivery

  1. A chargeable option available for smaller orders.
  2. Orders placed and paid for by 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
  3. Orders are delivered the next working day at any time between 7am and 10:30am.
  4. Pre-10:30am working day delivery is not available to all delivery areas.

3. Pre-noon next working day delivery

  1. A chargeable option available for smaller orders.
  2. Orders placed and paid for by 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
  3. Orders are delivered the next working day between 7am and 12pm (noon).
  4. Pre-noon next working day delivery is not available to all delivery areas.

4. Next working day delivery

  1. A chargeable option.
  2. Orders placed and paid for by 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
  3. Orders are delivered the next working day at any time between 7am and 8pm.
  4. Depending upon product and order size the order may be delivered ‘to door’, as individual parcels, or ‘kerbside,’ on a pallet.
  5. Next working day delivery is not available to all delivery areas.

5. Named day delivery

  1. A chargeable option.
  2. Orders can be scheduled for delivery up to two weeks in advance.
  3. Orders are held and despatched to arrive on the scheduled delivery day.
  4. Delivery options available will vary depending upon the day selected. For example: two-person delivery will not show if the delivery day selected is not at least 3 days ahead, or if a Saturday is selected.
  5. For next working day deliveries, orders must be placed and paid for by 4pm on the preceding working day.
  6. Depending upon product and order size the order may be delivered 'to door', as individual parcels, or 'kerbside' on a pallet, unless the two-person delivery option is selected.

6. Saturday delivery

  1. A chargeable option.
  2. Orders must be placed and paid for by 4pm on the Friday before the required delivery day.
  3. Depending upon product and order size the order may be delivered 'to door', as individual parcels, or 'kerbside' on a pallet.

7. Two-person delivery

  1. A chargeable option.
  2. Suitable for any item but especially recommended for made-to-order and large and heavy items, such as our coloured radiators, cast-iron radiators and large column radiators.
  3. Your parcels will be delivered over the threshold of a front entrance into your home (e.g. into a hallway or a garage).
  4. The delivery company will contact you once your order has despatched to agree and confirm a delivery date.
  5. Orders are usually delivered within 3-7 working days.

How much will I pay for delivery?

There is no charge for our standard 2-7 working day delivery offering to postcodes in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Shetland and Orkney.

Premium delivery services are available for an additional charge which will depend upon the size and weight of the order.

The price you will pay for delivery will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process once the delivery address details have been entered and the delivery date has been selected.

How will my order be delivered?

Orders are delivered either as parcels or on pallets.

Parcels are normally delivered to door. Parcel delivery drivers may leave parcels with a neighbour, leave in a safe place or deliver to a local collection point; either at a local depot or shop, if no-one is available to take delivery at the specified address.

Pallets are normally used for very large, heavy or fragile items and when the number of items on an order makes delivery more efficient via a pallet service

Pallet deliveries are made to an accessible kerbside location on firm ground near to the delivery address.

Should you not wish to receive your items on a pallet as standard then please select the two-person delivery service where it is available.

The two-person delivery service provides delivery over the threshold of a front entrance into your home (e.g. into a hallway or a garage).

Returns information

We operate a 30-day returns policy, so if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
