BestHeating Trade Survey Competition Terms & Conditions

Introduction

By participating in this competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Limitless Digital Group Limited, trading as BestHeating.

How to Participate

Entry to the competition requires a completed survey submission through the link provided in our BestHeating Trade newsletter. You therefore need to be a trade customer and signed up to the newsletter, prior to the survey release on Saturday 21st June.

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age with a BestHeating trade account, who have previously completed a purchase with BestHeating.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.

The Prize

There will be 5 winning prizes: All £50 Amazon vouchers.

The use of specific brands as prizes by BestHeating, does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

BestHeating's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winners will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided on Monday the 14th July, 2025.

BestHeating will make two attempts to contact the winners via email.

If the winners do not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and BestHeating reserves the right to select and notify new winners.

Delivery of the Prize

The winners will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered, otherwise alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by BestHeating for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participants by emailing info@bestheating.com.

If requested by BestHeating, the winners agree to release their first name and place of employment to any other competition participants.

The winners’ first names and country of residence will be announced on the BestHeating website and social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

BestHeating accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants, as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

General

BestHeating reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.

iwocaPay sponsored promotion terms & conditions

Promotion start date runs from 1.11.2025 to 30.11.2025. Any transactions following the end date will not qualify for the £50 discount code.

Upon successful transaction using iwocaPay, Limitless Digital Group (trading as BestHeating) will send the £50 discount code to the email address that Limitless Digital Group holds on file within 14 days of transaction. If you do not receive your discount code by email within 14 days of placing your order, then please contact Limitless Digital Group (trading as BestHeating) via partnerships@bestheating.com within 30 days from the date of completing the transaction.

The reward will only apply for a first-time use of iwocaPay per limited company customer as determined by iwocaPay and must be used by 31/03/2026. Any repeat transactions will not qualify for the reward.

The minimum order value to qualify for the reward is £150. The subsequent minimum order value for discount code use is £150. Any transaction under this amount will not be eligible for the reward.

If the qualifying order is cancelled, refunded or reversed then the reward will be excluded from this transaction. We may also need to cancel the £50 discount code in the case we make a mistake, you act fraudulently or if you misuse our offer.

The £50 discount code is subject to approval and completion of the iwocaPay Pay Later product which is offered strictly in line with our normal qualifying process and at our discretion. No alternative cash option is offered.
