Scandi-inspired interiors with clean lines, minimalist furniture and monochrome colour schemes have been popular for a while. It’s a perfect style for those who are in the ‘less is more’ camp when it comes to interiors. Although these schemes look simple and pared back, they take a lot of thought and a keen eye for detail to get them looking fantastic.
You’d be forgiven for thinking that a more modern radiator with clean lines is needed to fit into a scheme like this. But actually, the addition of a more traditional column radiator can take the edge off a modern scheme like this, just giving a hint of added interest and detail that is needed, when everything is so minimal.
This is a great example from @hannahnnewman where the Milano Windsor column radiator sets off the minimal dining furniture, mirror and artwork (reflected in the mirror) perfectly. The addition of the sheepskin draped on the bench and the greenery also do a similar job, just bringing the scheme together.
