There are no real special requirements for radiators to work with heat pumps, and in most cases, your existing home radiators should be able to perform well alongside.
For the best results though, larger radiators that kick out an impressive heat output are recommended, as both ground source and air source heat pumps will usually deliver low flow temperatures.
