Can you replace storage heaters by yourself?

Replacing a storage heater is not a DIY job. It is a technical affair that will require a qualified electrician to complete.

The storage heater will have to be properly disconnected from the wall via the mains electric when being replaced with any other form of designer radiators. Plus, storage heater bricks are very heavy, so additional equipment is needed to safely remove them.
