It is not a good idea to use brillo pads to clean a radiator and rid it from stains. These pads are very abrasive materials, and so whilst they can be effective at tackling stains combined with cleaning products, they can also cause scratches and damage to the surface of the radiators.
It is a much better idea to use a soft sponge or microfibre cloth that will be more gentle on the radiator’s finish, and use a mixture of water and white vinegar too before wiping down with a soft cloth.
