Can you add inhibitor without draining the central heating system?

FAQ banner image

In the case of modern combi boiler systems, you can add inhibitor without fully draining the central heating system through the use of a radiator bleed valve.

However, for non-combi systems, you will need to drain the system at least partially to create space for inhibitor to be added through the feed and expansion tank.
