Filled with PM20 Solaris Inhibited Heat Transfer Fluid, a propylene glycol solution, this Milano Alpha electric radiator is rust and limescale resistant and can withstand freezing temperatures. Much more efficient than standard water filled electric radiators, this non-toxic glycol solution is an effective insulator of sound and reduces the 'boiling kettle' noise usually associated with water filled radiators. All this while effectively insulating heat at the same time, and it's clear to see why the Milano Alpha is unrivalled in performance and style.
The Milano Alpha radiator comes complete with an 800W heating element that screws easily into the base of the radiator and can be operated with a mobile device thanks to Bluetooth connectivity and the Terma BlueLine Next heating app - that offer complete control over times and heat settings. This heating element features five temperature settings, and also boasts a unique dryer function. This dryer function is perfect for warming clothes and towels as it temporarily boosts the heat settings for two hours. After the time is up, it automatically returns to its previous state without any extra input needed from the user.
For extra functionality, this electric radiator is fully compatible with external timers and will always remember its most recent heat settings, even in times of power failure.
The radiator will have sealing caps upon delivery, but you will need to unscrew one to fit the heating element.
Please note: The hard-wiring should be carried out by a trained electrician.
Whilst we do display measurements on the line drawings, due to the manufacturing process, there can be tolerances within them. We strongly advise not to drill any fixing holes for the brackets until you have received your radiator.
