Can underfloor heating be fitted underneath any type of flooring?

The versatility and flexibility of underfloor heating is one of its absolute key advantages too. It depends on your personal preference, and that of those living in the house, what the ideal temperature to set your underfloor heating to is.

However, in general, 21°C is considered the perfect temperature for a lounge or living room area. For spaces such as the bedroom, a slightly lower set temperature is usually advisable – around 18°C.

The temperature is adjustable via thermostat.

It is a good idea to leave underfloor heating switched on constantly during the colder winter months in particular.
