You can place a breathable sheet on a leather settee to cool it down and prevent your skin from sticking to the surface.
If you have overdone it with the level of heating emerging from your radiators, or weather conditions are causing an uncomfortably hot settee, you can lay down linen or cotton bed sheets or blankets to solve the issue.
