Frequently asked questions

Can I refer more than one customer?

Yes! You can refer  as many customers as you like and add them to your customer group. 

Each time you refer a new customer they will receive 10% off their first order, and you will receive 5% cashback points on the order they place.

When will I receive my referral points?

The referring account holder will receive reward points when the referred customer(s) completes payment on their order

How do I spend my points?

You can take your reward points as cash back, or use them towards the cost of your own order. Just email us on for more info on how you can claim your reward. 

Can I convert my points into cashback?

You sure can! It’s a cashback reward scheme, so you can take the reward as cash, or as money off your next order. 

If my referred customer uses PayPal will I still receive the 5% cashback points? 

Yes, the scheme works just the same if your referring customer uses PayPal to place their order.

What do I do If I don’t get my rewards?

There could be several reasons you don’t get your rewards, so it is important to read the terms and conditions in full, and ensure your referred customer is a NEW customer and is logged into their referred account when placing their order

How many of my customers can use the scheme? 

As many as you like. But, they have to be a new customer and have not ordered from BestHeating before. 

Is there a maximum/minimum amount that a customer has to spend to qualify for the scheme?

There is no maximum or minimum spend for you and your customer to qualify for the scheme.  

Do I have to claim the cashback, or can I take it as a discount on my own order? 

You can take it as a discount or as cashback - the choice is yours. Just tell us how you want to use your reward and we’ll get it sorted for you. 

Does the cashback gain interest if I do not claim it back right away?

The cashback will not gain interest, but we will hold onto it for you for a while. If, after 12 months you have not made a claim, we will donate your cashback reward to charity. 

Terms and conditions

The BestHeating Business Account Referral Offer (the “Scheme”) is open to business account customers of (“” is a trading name of Limitless Digital Group) with a BestHeating business account (the “BestHeating Business Account”) and existing members of the BestHeating Business scheme and those who meet the eligibility criteria of the Scheme (see paragraph 1 below). 

The Scheme is owned by, a trading name for Limitless Digital Group, a company registered in England under company number (03955231) and with its registered office at Unit 1 & 2, Dawson Court, Billington Road, Burnley (“BestHeating”/the “Company”). These terms and conditions (the “Rules”) govern the use of the Scheme. To participate in the Scheme you must comply with these Rules which you should read carefully.

The Scheme (BestHeating Business Account Referral Scheme)
Subject to all clauses below.  When successfully referring a customer:

• Your customer will receive a link to create a new account with, and will receive 10% off their first order. This discount is valid on all items (including those in any sale category), and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout when they place an order. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or voucher codes

• You will receive a single cashback point for every £1 they spend at BestHeating. These points are valued at £0.05 and the referred customer MUST be logged into their account in order for you to receive your referral reward points. - Example - £500 spend is equal/equivalent to £25 cashback/reward points. 

• You WILL NOT receive referral reward points if your customer is not logged into their account when ordering, or does not mention your details when placing an order via telephone. BestHeating cannot be held responsible for your failure to accrue reward points if your customers orders are not placed in the appropriate way, so please be sure to have your referring customer either log in or quote your details when placing an order. 


1. Eligibility

    1.1 To be eligible to join the Scheme, you must have a current BestHeating Business Account, be over 18 years old and have an address in the UK, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

    1.2 Notwithstanding Rule 1.1, the Company reserves the right to invite customers from other members of its group of companies to participate in the Scheme.

    1.3 If your application to join the Scheme is accepted, you will need to register using your BestHeating Business Account Details. Your account will be updated for you to include both schemes.(“BestHeating Business / Business Referral Account”).

    1.4 Subject to clause 1.5, each BestHeating Account holder is entitled to only one BestHeating Business / Business Referral Account.

    1.5 The Company reserves the right to reject and/or refuse registration to the Scheme at any time at its absolute discretion. The following parties (among others) do not qualify to participate in the Scheme. By accepting the terms and conditions you confirm that you do not fall within any of the following categories:

    a) Employees of the Company or of its subsidiaries, holding company or such companies’ subsidiaries or holding companies (as the same are defined under s1159 of the Companies Act 2006) and/or relatives of any such employee;

    b) Any Public Authority or other Public Sector Organisation; and

    c) Any customers that currently receive a rebate from any business within the BestHeating/Limitless Digital Framework.

2. How to get your BestHeating Business Referral payment

    2.1 To redeem any cashback earned simply email and a member of the team will contact you.

    2.2 You can claim your cashback when a minimum of £50 in referrals has been reached. You WILL NOT be able to claim cashback for values lower than that stated £50.

    2.3 You can see a summary of your earned cashback points in the ‘Cashback Points’ area in the My Account section when logged in to your account.

3. Membership

    3.1 Subject to your application to the Scheme being approved, the address and details that the Company will hold will be those which you have provided at the point of registration. You can change your address or other registered details in the “My Account” section of your BestHeating Business Account.

    3.2 It is your responsibility to keep secure any information that might identify you and allow access to your BestHeating Business Account AND Business Referral Account (The Scheme). If you lose or accidentally reveal your details you should immediately contact your account manager or telephone the administration team on (0330 027 1490) as soon as possible.

4. Closing/ Terminating your BestHeating Business Referral Account

    4.1 You can choose to withdraw your participation in the Scheme at any time by contacting your BestHeating Business Account Manager.

    4.2 BestHeating may terminate your participation in the Scheme and cancel or suspend your account by notifying you in writing if BestHeating reasonably believes that:

    a) You have acted in a way that harms BestHeating or the Scheme.

    b) You engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities;

    c) You have acted in a hostile, abusive or aggressive manner towards any BestHeating or any third party supplier staff; you have knowingly provided false or misleading information at any time in relation to your participation in the Scheme;

    d) You have breached any of the terms relating to your BestHeating Trade Account or BestHeating Trade Referral Account;

5. Liability

    5.1 BestHeating are not liable for any failures that may occur due to unusual and unexpected circumstances beyond its control, the consequences of which it could not have avoided even if it had taken all necessary care (for example but not limited to, IT failures, industrial disputes, hostilities, political unrest or natural disasters).

6. General

    6.1 BestHeating may change any element of the Scheme including the money back percentage given/ awarded and these Rules at any time without your consent by publishing the changes on the website

    6.2 The Company may send you details with reminders that you have credit available or may need to contact you regarding changes to The Scheme.

    6.3 The Company is not liable for any tax liability that may arise from you taking part in the Scheme.

    6.4 The Scheme is a standalone promotion and does not amend normal terms and conditions of trading as between BestHeating and its customers which will continue to apply.

    6.5 These Rules are governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

7. Qualifying as a Referred Customer

    7.1 A Referred Customer is a third party (whether an individual or a corporate entity) to whom You recommend and/or the Scheme. This includes a parent company, subsidiaries and/or entities directly or indirectly controlled by the Referred Customers.

    7.2 A third party will not qualify as a Referred Customer (thus making any Referral unsuccessful immediately) if that party: is already a BestHeating customer; was a previous BestHeating customer in breach of their agreement or BestHeating terms and conditions; if another partner has already referred the Referred Customer within six (6) months of Your Referral; or has already been contacted by a member of BestHeating within the 3 months prior to Your Referral.

    7.3 If the multiple Partners submit Referrals for the same Referred Customer, the Partner that first submits their Referral to BestHeating will be the only Partner eligible to receive Commission in relation to that particular Referred Customer. Determining the Partner eligible in such a situation will be left to BestHeating’s sole discretion and BestHeating’s position will be final – no correspondence will be entered into disputing the decision.
